Carrier Registration

This Agreement is entered into by and between
"ECSTASY LOGISTICS US" and "Carrier"

🤝 Agreement Terms:

1. Dispatch Services
   Ecstasy Logistics US, the "Dispatcher, agrees to handle administrative tasks, calls, rate confirmations, and documents between the Carrier and the Broker.

2. Carrier Licensing
   The carrier is licensed by "Carrier Authority" and operates as "Carrier" under MC#

3. Service Fee
   Carrier agrees to pay a certain % to Ecstasy Logistics US, on which he/she agrees to work with our sales agent.

   • "Percentage based on truck type" of the gross rate per load.

   Payments are due upon load confirmation via Zelle or Bank Transfer.

4. Limited Power of Attorney
   Carrier authorizes Ecstasy Logistics US to:

   • Accept loads on their behalf.

   • Submit paperwork.

   • Communicate with brokers.

   • Sign documents related to dispatch and billing.

5. Non-Circumvention Clause
   Carrier agrees not to work directly with shippers or brokers introduced by Dispatcher for a period of 1 year post-agreement.

6. Term and Termination
   When this agreement begins on a certain "Date" and may be terminated by either party with a 15-day written notice.
